My order was declined but I still see a pending charge!

That happens from time to time, but as soon as your financial institution finishes processing the transactions, you will not see this as a completed charge. 

Depending on your bank's policies, it may take 7-10 days for the funds to be released back into your account. You may be able to contact them and ask for help removing the hold.
