Looking for Say Hello homework?

You'll first want to download the digital box for Say Hello. This can be found in every chapter, but you only need one copy and you'll see it below the video under Notes & Resources.

Once the digital box has been downloaded to your computer, you can unzip the file by right-clicking on the file and selecting 'extract' or 'unzip' if you are on a PC running Windows. If you are on a Mac, you can usually just click to open the compressed file and it will do it automatically. This should load a new window where you can extract the files you want.

The digital box for Say Hello includes MP3 audio files of the four lessons (so you can listen to the lessons on your iPod, phone or anything that plays MP3 files). It also includes three PDF files. One is about the Yes Sequence. Another is about topical, personal, and interpersonal levels of conversation.

The other PDF file is a transcript of the lessons. Open that PDF and hit Control+F, which will allow you to search the transcript. Type homework in the search window and click on Next. Keep clicking on Next. It will take you to each page where the word “homework” appears in the transcript.

That will take you to the pages (23, 38, 40, 56, etc., up to Page 200, where the last reference is) where the homework assignments are discussed. (In some cases, the homework assignment may begin on those pages and continue on subsequent pages.)

Then, go out and do the work.
