Is there anything I can download to keep?

If you are more of a reader or a listener we include transcripts, audio files, and slides (if available) of the program that you can download to your computer for offline learning.

Inside your program chapters, you'll see something we call a Digital Box. It's below the video in the chapter, under Notes & Resources.

For subscription-based programs and ones that are broken down day by day rather than chapter to chapter, you may find that you need to download this more than once.

Once the digital box has been downloaded to your computer, you can unzip the file by right-clicking on the file and selecting 'extract' or 'unzip' if you are on a PC running Windows. If you are on a Mac, you can usually just click to open the compressed file and it will do it automatically. This should load a new window where you can extract the files you want.

Once the .mp3 files have been unzipped to your desktop, you can plug in your phone to your PC via USB and transfer the .mp3 files to your downloads or music directory to listen on the go.

If you don't have a desktop or laptop, you can download a 3rd party app like WinZip for iOS for free from the App Store. This will allow you to uncompress the files and move them to your iTunes or Music folder.
