Where can I access my TSM purchases?

The Social Man programs are online courses, so you get instant access after logging in using the credentials sent in your Welcome email. That means no physical materials will be sent to you, but we do have offline learning materials that you can download. 

Starting in June 2021, we have launched our new Community website for members to access their courses. 

That means, if you are an existing member, your new program is likely to be found there rather than the Academy that you are familiar with. The programs that you currently have in the Academy are being transferred to the new Community site so dual-site logins are required for a short time. 

If this is your first order with us, be on the lookout for the Welcome email containing your login credentials. If it gets lost to Spam, performing a search for our email address within your email client should help you track that down. mail@thesocialman.com

If this is not your first order with us, your existing login details will allow you access to your new materials - unless your new program sent you a Welcome email to the new Community.

Again - this is temporary and the Academy site will be closed by the end of 2022.

Your username is the email address you provided us at checkout.

Our Customer Happiness team never sees your password, but if you need a new password set for any reason just give us a shout and we will send you your new login details. 

Are there programs you've purchased that are locked and won't allow you access? 

We are sorry for that inconvenience. This is not the first membership site move we've had since launching 13 years ago so it's likely caused by that. Please rest assured that we have records of your previous purchases and program exchange history. 

This would also happen if you purchased a new course but you used an alternate email address. Don't worry, either way, our Customer Happiness team is standing by to get you all fixed up.
